Please read these terms before final booking:

1. Parties to Impress / Weddings and Events to Impress ("Company", "Us", "We") offers both package and complete party / wedding / event planning.
2. Booking will be done in person or via email. Once an agreement has been reached on specifics and price, a bond is required and a legal agreement is entered into.

CHILDRENS PARTIES

DEPOSIT/BOND
4. A deposit/bond of $50.00 plus $20.00 per additional package must please be paid at least 14 days before the party date; this will be kept as a refundable bond and refunded within 48 hours if the equipment is collected/returned in good order and without damage.
5. Until the deposit/bond has been paid, the party date has not been secured and can be allocated to another person, even if discussions have begun. You will however be informed if another interested party wants that same date and given the chance to secure the date.
6. Once this payment has been received by us, we have entered into a legal agreement whereby we are obliged to provide you with the agreed party on the chosen date.
7. The Bond/Deposit will NOT be returned for the following reasons
i. If the party is cancelled for any reason after the date of payment, the bond/deposit will be forfeited. This will cover any monies paid out for disposable items, e.g. party theme plates, cups etc. and also cover the loss to the Company for turning away another party booking
ii. Goods not returned/Stained/Damaged will be refunded to Parties to Impress out of the bond/deposit as per the value indicted in the replacement table.
8. 7 days before the party date a booking form must be completed showing final agreement between us. The full price of the party must be paid in full at this time, this amount will be over and above the Bond/Deposit. Failure to pay the full amount owing could result in cancellation of the party and a forfeit of the deposit.

PARTY SET UP/COLLECTION
9. If we are to deliver and set up your chosen party theme and also collect after the party is finished it will be stated at the time of booking and the following will apply.
i. Please ensure you, or a designee, is at a scheduled time and place to show us where to set up the party. Your failure to do this will make the set up late, with no damages due to you. Company guarantees we shall not be late to set up the party.
ii. Set up will be approximately a half an hour to an hour before party begins. These hours are approximately 9.00am to 9.30am for a Saturday morning 10.00am party, collection 12.00 to 12.30. 1.00pm to 1.30pm setup for a 2.00pm party, collection 5.30pm.
iii. Times are flexible and will be agreed on at the time of booking
iv. Once you are happy with the set up, you will be required to sign the agreement between us and left to host an awesome party (and take all the credit).
v. Before we arrive to collect after completion of the party, you are required to help clean and tidy by disposing of any of the left over party food and drink, as well as discarding the disposable place settings. We do not remove any bottles, containers or any other rubbish related to the party. We only collect and clean the items you have hired.
vi. If the hired items are Missing/Stained/Damaged monies will be refunded to Parties to Impress out of the bond/deposit as per the value indicted in the replacement column of the signed agreement.

PICK UP/DROP OFF
10. If you have chosen the basic package it is your responsibility to Pick up and Drop off. A suitable time for us both will be stated at the time of booking.
i. At least 7 days before collection you will be emailed a form itemising everything that will be left in your care, along with replacement fees, should anything get broken or misplaced. This needs to be completed with your contact details.
ii. When collecting the party package, you will be required to show some form of photo ID i.e. Drivers Licence
iii. Please make sure that all items hired are returned in good order. We will clean the items but please ensure any glasses or crockery is rinsed and free of any leftover food or drink.
iv. Goods not returned/Stained/Damaged will be refunded to Parties to Impress out of the bond/deposit as per the value indicted in the replacement column of the signed agreement.

ADULT'S & TEEN'S PARTIES
DEPOSIT/BOND/PAYMENT
10. An agreed upon deposit/bond proportional to the party cost must please be paid at least 14 days before the party date; this will be kept as a refundable bond and returned within 48 hours of the party package return.
11. Until the deposit/bond has been paid, the party date has not been secured and can be allocated to another person, even if discussions have begun. You will however be informed if another interested party wants that same date and given the chance to secure the date.
12. Once this payment has been received by us, we have entered into a legal agreement whereby we are obliged to provide you with the agreed party on the chosen date.
13. The deposit/bond will be refunded within 48 hours after we receive/collect the hired items, once goods are inspected and found returned in good working order.
14. The Bond/Deposit will NOT be returned for the following reasons
i. If the party is cancelled for any reason after the date of payment, the bond/deposit will be forfeited. This will cover any monies paid out for disposable items, e.g. party theme plates, cups etc. and also to cover the loss to the Company for turning away another party booking
ii. Goods not returned/Stained/Damaged will be refunded to Parties to Impress out of the bond/deposit as per the value indicted in the replacement column.

i. Set up will occur a few hours before the time of the party, e.g. 4.00pm setup for a 7.00pm party
ii. Times are flexible and will be agreed on at the time of booking
iii. Once you are happy with the set up, you will be required to sign the agreement between us and left to host an awesome party (and take all the credit).
iv. Pickup will also be discussed at time of booking but will normally be the next day at a time suitable to both of us.
v. Before we arrive to collect after completion of the party, you are required to help clean and tidy by disposing of any of the left over party food and drink, as well as discarding the disposable place settings. We do not remove any bottles, containers or any other rubbish related to the party. We only collect and clean the items you have hired.
vi. If the hired items are Missing/Stained/Damaged monies will be refunded to Parties to Impress out of the bond/deposit as per the value indicted in the replacement column of the signed agreement
